Perfex CRM Tasks Module :
- Tasks module has lots of features available.
- You can create a new task, from the main menu navigate to Tasks and for this you can click on the New
Task button and fill in all the details like subject, hourly rate, start date, due date, priority,
repeat every, related to, tags, task and description. And when task creation completes then you will
be able to add assignees and followers directly in the task modal from the right side.
- There are a total 5 predefined statuses available like, Not Started, In Progress, Testing, Awaiting
Feedback, Complete but you can add a new statuses with simple action hook to fit for your needs.
- Task timesheets are all start timers for specific tasks.
- By default in perfex CRM all project related tasks are visible to all project members. If you want to
show the tasks only where the staff member is assigned/added as a follower you can turn off Allow
all staff to see all tasks related to projects.
- In Perfex CRM tasks can be easily copied to be re-used and save valuable time creating each task
again and again.
- Recurring tasks is a feature that will allow you to create tasks that will repeat on a given period.
- You can link the task to any important features in Perfex CRM to keep track of your work and assign
important actions to your agents.
- You can add a task assignee through clicking on the task subject while the tasks are listed. On the
right side of the task modal there will be a dropdown to select assignees.
