Audio Chat Plugin

We have created an Audio Chat plugin in RISE CRM for one of our clients as per his business requirements. The Audia Chat plugin for RISE CRM is a feature that enables real-time communication and collaboration between team members, as well as between businesses and their clients.

Audio Chat plugin helps streamline communication, improve team collaboration, and enhance customer service.

The audio chat plugin is directly linked to tasks, projects, or clients in RISE CRM, ensuring that important information is tied to the appropriate records. For instance, a chat about a specific project can be easily accessed from the project’s details page.

Admins can control which users have access to the chat plugin, ensuring that only authorized personnel can participate in conversations.

NOTE : We have created this plugin for audio files. I will explain below how.

Now let me explain how this plugin works so you can understand it’s workflow.

  • Firstly click on the Rise CRM project plugin then click on any open project.
  • After that you will see the option for uploading audio files. From here you can upload audio files.
  • After uploading audio files a new tab will be introduced in the project plugin with the name of audio chat. And here you can see the uploaded audio file.
  • Now here you can see the comment and reply option here. This is the main requirement of our client.
  • From this section the user can select the specific duration of the audio file and put his comment there and share with team members if he wants to ask at real time while he is working on the task so he can get instant reply or suggestions from the team member.
  • You can add tasks from here. We have provided options there.
  • From here you can change the status of the audio file. Initially status is set as no status, but you can change this as waiting review, revision requested and approved.
  • On the right side of the screen you can see the comment and replies. And time and date of the comments.
  • In one project you can add multiple audio files.
