What is MyParcel Asia :

MyParcel Asia is a logistics and shipping solution provider that offers services such as parcel delivery, courier services, and freight shipping across Asia and internationally. They specialize in providing convenient and cost-effective shipping solutions for businesses of all sizes, including e-commerce merchants, retailers, and manufacturers.

To integrate MyParcel Asia with Perfex CRM, we have typically create a custom module or extension within Perfex CRM that allows users to access MyParcel Asia's shipping services directly from the CRM interface.

Here's a general outline of the steps we have taken steps to create this module:

  • Research MyParcel Asia API : We have familiarized ourselves with the MyParcel Asia API documentation to understand how to interact with their shipping services programmatically. This will include endpoints for creating shipments, retrieving shipping rates, tracking packages, etc.
  • Design Module Interface : Determine the features and functionality our client wants to include in the Perfex CRM module. This may include creating shipments, printing labels, tracking packages, managing shipments, etc. Design the user interface for these features within Perfex CRM.
  • Develop Backend Functionality : Develop the backend functionality to communicate with the MyParcel Asia API. This will involve writing code to send requests to the MyParcel Asia API, handle responses, and manage data within Perfex CRM related to shipments and tracking information.
  • Implement Frontend Components : Implement the frontend components of the module within Perfex CRM's user interface. This may include forms for creating shipments, tables for displaying shipment history, buttons for printing labels, etc.
  • Integrate with CRM Entities : Integrate the module with existing CRM entities such as customers, orders, and invoices. This may involve adding custom fields or functionalities to these entities to support shipping-related information.
  • Testing and Debugging : Test the module thoroughly to ensure that it works as expected. Test various scenarios such as creating shipments, tracking packages, printing labels, etc. Debug any issues that arise during testing.
  • User Documentation : Then we have created documentation for users on how to use the MyParcel Asia module within Perfex CRM. This will include user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Deployment : We have deployed the module to our client production environment once testing is complete and the module is ready for use by our team. Monitor its performance and address any issues that arise post-deployment. Features we have developed for MyParcel Asia with Prefex CRM are to create shipment, checkout and tracking.
    • Create Shipment : To create shipment, first you have to create an invoice. For this please check the screenshot below. Here you can see lots of invoices already created and if you want to create a new invoice then you can click on the “Create New Invoice” button. When you click on that button then a new form will appear like the screenshot below. You can fill all the fields and save the invoice. Lets check the created invoice as invoice number INV-000007 like the screenshot below. When you click on the invoice number then it’s details will be open like the screenshot below. From the above screenshot you can see the “More” button when you click on the more button then you can find the option for creating shipment like the screenshot below. From the “Create Shipment” option you can create a new shipment.
      • Checkout : After creating shipment the next process is checkout. Let me share the checkout screenshot with you
      • Tracking : When you click on the checkout button then you will reach the next page like the screenshot below.

      • Type : This belongs to the type of consignment.
      • Checkout : This belongs to the date of checkout process.
      • Customer : This belongs to the customer's name.
      • Tracking No : This belongs to the track number of the product and the customer can track his product status from this tracking number.
      • Provider : This is the name of a courier company who is going to deliver the customer product.
      • Name : This is also the customer name.
      • Phone : This belongs to the customer phone number.
      • Status : This belongs to the status of the product.
      • Whatsapp status : This shows whether it is sent on whatsapp or not.
