We have integrated the AI plugin with RISE CRM as per client requirements. An AI Chat plugin integrated into Rise CRM can streamline communication, enhance customer service, automate responses, and improve lead nurturing.
Let me explain to you our developed AI chat plugin. This can be shown at the left side of the menu panel like the screenshot below.
From here you can add brand or company name with other details like website, industry, tagline, target audience, tone of voice, description and status. Let me share the screenshot below for better understanding.
From here you can add custom chat AI assistance. You can upload an AI chat assistant avtar here if you want. We have given options here. You have also put other details like chat assistant name, chat assistant role description, chat assistant welcome message, chat assistant group, AI model and Instructions like the screenshot below.
From here you can add new categories if you want and also check already created categories like the screenshot below.
If you want to add a new category then you simply click on the “Add category” button and fill the category name and you can keep its status active or inactive like the screenshot below.
From here you can add new templates if you want and also check already created templates like the screenshot below.
If you want to add a new template then you simply click on the “Add Template” button and fill the template name, description, category and you can keep its status active or inactive like the screenshot below.
From here you can add a new prompt library if you want and also check the already created prompt library like the screenshot below.
If you want to add a new prompt library then you simply click on the “Add prompt library” button and select the group from drop down, fill the title name and the prompt can keep its status active or inactive like the screenshot below.
