Developing an auto lead assignment module for Perfex CRM could be a valuable addition to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Auto Lead Assignment Module is built for the Perfex CRM. Leads Automatically Distribute Leads and assign to different staff based on Custom rules.
This module helps to Auto assign leads in a queue. This leads will go through the process of validations and assigned it automatically to concerned staff. This module also helps to Assign leads equally between selected staffs. Reduce manual errors in lead assignments.
It Also provides the option to assign leads by the source to staff and Randomly among selected staff which enables business to manage leads more effectively.
CODEXNATION TEAM TECHNICAL APPROACH : Module was built from scratch as per the CRM guidelines and was executed well by the team of CRM developers. Here's some general outline of how we approach this:

From these 2 screenshots you can see the difference between normal lead module and auto lead CRM Prefex module.
If you want to assign Auto Leads then you should always enable this. Here I have created one more feature which is Overwrite Assign Auto Leads, this feature not available in normal lead module. if we select any assignee then it will assign to that member otherwise lead will not assign to anyone.

Currently we have added only 2 Lead sources as Google and Facebook as per client needs. But it can add more from the Setup > Leads > Sources in CRM itself.
