Supplier plugin for Rise CRM : Creating a supplier plugin for a Rise CRM involves organizing and managing data related to suppliers effectively. This plugin would allow users to store, track, and analyze interactions with suppliers, manage their data, and integrate supplier-related workflows within the CRM.

Supplier plugin is a clone of client plugin. We have built this plugin as per our client requirement.

Supplier plugin is exactly like the client plugin, only the listing is different.

Client plugin has just the client's data and contact point, whereas the supplier plugin has the supplier's data and contact point.

If both the client and supplier are the same person then the data will also be shown in both the listings.

1. Supplier Management Dashboard :
• Displays a summary of key supplier statistics (total suppliers, active contracts, recent interactions).
• Allows users to search for suppliers by name, or category.
2. Supplier Profile : Each supplier will have a detailed profile that includes basic information like Supplier name, contact details, address, industry, contacts, supplier ID, Notes etc.
3. Contract & Order Management :
• Manage contracts with suppliers, including start and end dates, terms, and renewal reminders.
• Track all past orders, deliveries, and payments made to the supplier.
• Record invoices from suppliers and track payment status (paid, pending, overdue).
4. Integrations with Other CRM plugins :
• Link suppliers directly to inventory items they provide.
• Sync financial data related to suppliers (e.g., payments, orders) to the CRM’s finance plugin.

This plugin can be customized and tailored based on specific business requirements or industry needs, ensuring better supplier management, improving efficiency, and enhancing relationships with vendors.
