Banking Module

We have built this module for one of our clients from scratch on the basis of his business requirement.

Bank Account : When you click on the banking module from the sidebar menu panel then the bank account list will be open like the screenshot below.

If you want to add a new bank account then you can simply click on the “Add Bank Account” button and a new popup will appear like the screenshot below.

You can add a new bank account and then save that bank.

Transaction : When you click on the banking module from the sidebar menu panel then the bank account list will be open like the screenshot below.

Here you can not directly add any transaction, you can only import bank transaction details here. For this first you will have to download the template file and then you can add details and after that you can import that file and after that transactions will be visible to you.

And after that you can view, edit and delete that transaction. We have been given options for that.

When you click on the view option then you can check the filled data with it. Transaction is based on invoice and expenses.

Now let me explain the 2nd transaction of the transaction list. Total amount in 2nd transaction is 4000, or now it is partially booked. When you click on view it will show you that inv4 and inv3 have been assigned and their total amount is 2505 and 100 expense so still 1395 is remaining or hence it is partially booked. When you do this by assigning the amount of Rs 1395 then it will be completely booked and its status will be converted from partially booked to booked.

This is how this module works. I hope you like this module and if you have any query then you can contact us for your any query.
